Concrete sealer

AquaGuard™

A glassified seal coat that forms a composite with CeramycGuard, protecting concrete under regular liquid-water exposure, from wastewater treatment structures to industrial washdown floors.

A glass-phase seal for concrete that stays wet.

AquaGuard™ reacts with a cured CeramycGuard™ surface to form a dense, glassified composite, essentially turning the treated face to glass. Where concrete lives under constant liquid water, that glass-phase seal resists water ingress, biological growth and chemical attack from the water stream, keeping the protective ceramic system intact.

AquaGuard is a concrete sealer for liquid-water environments. It works as part of the system, applied over CeramycGuard, and is distinct from the traffic and chemical topcoats (Fortress XD and BulletProof) used where abrasion or impact is the main demand.

AquaGuard at a glance

  • Forms a composite with CeramycGuard™
  • Glassified, low-permeability seal
  • For regular liquid-water exposure
  • Resists biological and chemical attack
  • Wastewater and industrial infrastructure

Recommended uses

Where AquaGuard is specified

Wastewater treatment

Tanks, channels and structures under constant immersion and chemical load from the water stream.

Industrial washdown floors

Production and process floors exposed to daily liquid-water washdown and cleaning cycles.

Immersion and containment

Reservoirs, sumps and containment structures that hold water against the surface continuously.

Splash and tidal zones

Specific zones of an asset under repeated saturation, where regular liquid-water exposure demands an added seal.
